He has pioneered a global approach to coaching that leverages multiple perspectives for greater creativity, impact and meaning. The Harvard Business School chose his ground-breaking book Coaching Across Cultures (Nicholas Brealey Publishing/Intercultural Press, 2003) as its featured book recommendation in the category of business leadership. His innovative approach of bringing the crucial intercultural dimension into the practice of coaching has won him worldwide acclaim.

His goal is to help people honor their true desires, live happier and more productive lives. His approach fosters genuine commitment, essential for sustainable high performance. It enables people to make the most of differences, to build thriving teams and organizations, and to bring a constructive contribution to society.

In 2006, Philippe Rosinski contributed chapters to the Evidence Based Coaching Handbook (John Wiley & Sons) and Excellence in Coaching (Kogan Page). He has written several articles, including Leading for Joy and Constructive Politics (1998), which already showed how alternative and multiple perspectives can enrich traditional coaching and leadership development for maximum impact.

Prior to his career in coaching and leadership development, he spent six years in the engineering field as a software engineer in the Silicon Valley, California, and as a project manager in Brussels.

Philippe Rosinski received an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique in Brussels.
